Paste-Value Areas in Output Charts

In Financial Charts and Quarterly Charts, some cells in SUMMARY NOI/TopLine sheets contain formulas while others are pasted values (no formulas). We need to know which areas are manually pasted.

Debt Summary Data Source

The Debt Summary sheet shows two loans (TWC 23 + OH 4) with principal balance, interest rate, DSCR, and maturity date. These are not sourced from any Input files we analyzed.

Quarterly Charts contains a Capex sheet showing 2019-2025 capital expenditure by hotel. We couldn't find the source data in the Input folder.
